This website is deliberately frugal. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services and has no contact form. Fonts and images sit on the same server as the page itself. Simply visiting sends no data to any third party — which is why there is no cookie banner here.

Server log files
When the page is called up, the hosting provider automatically records the usual access data: IP address, time, file requested, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system. This data serves solely the secure operation of the site and is not merged with other sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in delivering the site free of technical faults.
The booking buttons are links to WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Visiting this page transmits nothing to WhatsApp yet — only when you click one of these links does WhatsApp open and data get passed to the provider, in particular your telephone number and the message text. The privacy terms of WhatsApp apply to that processing. The transfer may also involve countries outside the EU. The legal basis is your consent through actively clicking, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Other external links
The page links to a Google business profile and to Instagram. Here too, data is only transferred once you click the link. The respective providers are responsible for the content of those pages.
Getting in touch
If you get in touch by telephone, WhatsApp or email, your details are stored in order to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Once the matter has been settled they are deleted, unless statutory retention periods say otherwise.
Health-related information
In the conversation before a treatment I ask about complaints and limitations. That information is health data under Art. 9 GDPR. It is used in spoken form only, for the treatment in question, is not recorded in writing and is not passed on.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw a consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You can also complain to a supervisory authority — in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
